Mission

The Preserve at Antoine HOA provides four-season care of the common roads and entrance as well as weekly domestic garbage service.

The HOA also builds and stewards a healthy reserve fund for future community projects.

Four-Season Road Care

  • Snow plowing & weed control on lower common roads

  • Weed control on upper Preserve road.

Weekly Garbage Service

  • Shared garbage receptacle located in screened enclosure at main entrance

Reserve Fund

  • Every HOA payment helps to build the HOA Reserve Fund.
